I - high efficiency
Due to the transfer characteristics of the fiber laser, the laser cutting machine usually equipped with multiple CNC table, the entire cutting process can achieve CNC. During the working of this machine, just change the CNC program, you can cut into different shapes, not only for two-dimensional cutting, but also achieved three-dimensional cutting.
II – fast speed
The 1200W laser power cutting with 2mm thickness low carbon steel plate, the cutting speed can reach to 600cm / min; cutting 5mm thick polypropylene resin board, cutting speed can reach to 1200cm / min. The material does not need to be clamped during laser cutting.
III - good cutting quality
1. The incision cutting with laser is very small, parallel to both sides of the slit and perpendicular to the surface, the dimensional accuracy of cutting parts up to ± 0.05mm.
2. Cutting surface is smooth and beautiful, the roughness surface only a few tens of microns, and part that cutting with laser machine can be used directly, without any mechanical processing.
3. The materials after cutting with laser, the width of the heat affected zone is very small, the performance of the material near this part is unaffected, and the deformation of work piece is small. The cutting with high precision, the geometrical shape of the slit is good and appears to regular rectangle. 
Ⅳ - non-contact cutting
Cutting with laser machine, the work piece do not contact with the cutter directly, so no tool worn during the cutting processing. And do not need to change different cutting heads when cutting with different materials, just change the laser output parameters are ok. Laser cutting processing with low noise, small vibration and little pollution.

Compared with oxyacetylene cutting machine and plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine can work with kinds of materials, as metal, non-metal, metal and non-metallic matrix composite materials, leather, wood , fiber and etc.
